Plans and Pricing
HOW DOES THE FREE TRIAL WORK AND WHAT IS INCLUDED?
When you first sign up for LingoHub your 14 days free trial with unlimited features and resources starts. The trial period doesn’t require any payment information. You can start immediately!
Your trial plan expires after 14 days and you will be asked to select one of our paid plans. Our team helps you selecting the ideal plan for your needs.
WHAT IF I PICK THE WRONG PLAN?
You can up- or downgrade your plan anytime. Changes on your subscription apply immediately.
The service is billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and is non-refundable. When you upgrade/downgrade credits will be granted for partial months/year of service.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DOWNGRADE MY PLAN?
As well as upgrading your paid account, you may chose to downgrade. Bear in mind that restrictions may apply according to the plan you select. When you downgrade your plan credits will be granted for partial months/year of service.
HOW IS WORDCOUNT CALCULATED?
The word count is usually made up of the number of words in your source language multiplied by the number of target languages. Every succession of characters and numbers between blank space (tabs, spaces, etc.) is regarded as word. More about it is available here.
WHICH PAYMENT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. You can enter or edit your billing information by a few clicks within your organization settings.
WHICH INTERNET BROWSER CAN I USE?
The LingoHub web application works on all major browsers. If you use less popular browsers or very old versions you may encounter problems. Please contact our support team for help.
HOW SAFE IS MY DATA?
The security and privacy of your personal, payment, and project information is very important to us. LingoHub runs in an enterprise grade, SAS70-compliant data center. We employ industry standard ensuring that your data is protected and all plans on LingoHub are SSL-encrypted.
WHAT ARE COLLABORATORS/USERS?
This is the total number of unique LingoHub users that you can add to the private projects in your account with project access. Each user counts once, regardless of the number of private projects in your account that he or she is a member of. Your team members, translators and reviewers are all included in the number of collaborators.
