The following options are available:

  • Encoding – select the encoding type you wish to use for your download.
  • Use character escaping – If this option is on, LingoHub will keep all escape characters as they are written in the downloaded file. Turning this option off will translate the escape character for the download.
  • Add language information to file name – Choose whether you want to add language information (iso2 slug) in all, only target or no resource files.
  • Export comments – Choose whether you want comments to be exported just for the source language or for all resource files.
  • Empty content handling (for source language) – This setting specifies how empty text segments should be treated:
    - Keep text segments with empty content
    – downloads all segment no matter the state.
  • Empty content handling (for target languages) – This setting specifies how empty text segments should be treated:
    - Keep text segments with empty content
    – downloads all segment no matter the state.
    - Use the source language content instead of empty content
    – if a target language locale is download, empty segments will be replaced with the source language’s content.
  • Export text segments with status (for source/target languages) – This setting specifies which text segments should be exported:
    - All
    – no filter will be applied, all text segments will be exported (default value)
    - Only translated and approved – Text segments having the status “Translated” or “Approved” will be exported
    - Only approved – Text segments having the status “Reviewed” will be exported
