Workspace billing and payment overview

The Billing & Payment tab in LingoHub gives workspace administrators a complete overview of their account's financial status, upcoming renewal dates, active payment methods, billing details, and invoice history.

💬 Please note: Access to billing settings is restricted to the Workspace Owner by default. If you hold a different role (such as Admin, Localization Manager, or Member), this section will not be visible to you. For more information, see our guide on roles and permissions.

How to access the Billing & Payment settings

  1. Click your current Workspace name in the top-left corner of the navigation bar and select Subscriptions & Billing.

  2. On the Subscriptions & Billing page, click the Billing & Payment tab.

What you can manage in Billing & Payment

The Billing & Payment page is divided into two primary sections:

1. Account summary & billing management

The upper card provides a snapshot of your account's subscription billing parameters:

  • Next plan renewal: Shows the date and amount of your upcoming automated renewal charge.

  • Billed: Details the active subscription plan and billing cycle frequency.

  • Payment method: Displays your active primary credit card or direct debit payment option.

  • Billed to: Displays your registered corporate billing name, address, and Tax ID.

  • Contact: Displays the primary email address assigned to receive invoice receipts.

Click the Update billing info button on this card to make changes to your payment options or billing address.

2. Invoices history

The lower section displays a chronological list of all past workspace invoices (e.g., LINGO-5139), including their payment status (Paid) and download links.
