How to enable or disable self-managed API keys

By default, workspace members cannot create and manage their own API keys. Workspace owners or admins can enable or disable self-managed API keys to enforce centralized security controls.

⚠️ Important: Disabling self-managed API keys immediately revokes all existing self-managed keys across the workspace and prevents members from creating new ones.

  1. Click your organization name in the top-left menu and select Settings.

  2. Go to the Security tab.

  3. Under the Self-managed API keys section, click Enable.

  4. Enter your password in the pop-up window and click Enable.
