Learn how to get help from Lingohub via our support menu.

Sometimes you need an anchor, a lifeline, or a lifesaver. We at Lingohub got you covered. If you need help, click on the lifesaver icon in the left-bottom corner menu.

From there, you can access three options to get help:

  • Go to Help Center

    Click here to go to our Help Center. There, all of Lingohub features are described in-depth. Screenshots and videos will further help you learn all about Lingohub tools at your disposal.

  • Contact support

    Contact our support if you are stuck and our Help Center cannot provide the answers you expected. Please provide detailed information upfront to ensure a smooth and quick workflow. This way, we can start investigating immediately without asking for further information, e.g., what project is affected, was an error message received, etc.

    Please note: We are providing you with a chat-type of the message window. However, we are currently not offering around-the-clock live chat features. Some waiting times might occur.

  • Schedule a call

    Sometimes, talking is more productive than writing. For exceptional use cases or very tricky support cases, scheduling a call directly with our support is best. Upon clicking, please specify the purpose of the call.

    Afterward, select a date and time, and confirm. Provide additional details such as name and email. Select a platform for the meeting and, again, add as much detail in the text field as possible. Lastly, schedule the event.
