Under Art. 28 of the GDPR, personal data processing must be governed by a binding contract or legal agreement between the Controller (Customer) and Processor (lingohub GmbH). LingoHub fulfills these requirements via our standard Data Processing Addendum (DPA), eliminating lengthy bilateral contract negotiations.
Understanding the LingoHub DPA
Standard Plans: For all standard subscription plans, creating an account or using LingoHub electronically incorporates our standard DPA directly into your master agreement. No manual signing or physical return is required. You can review the full legal terms at https://lingohub.com/dpa.
Enterprise Plans: Enterprise plans support custom security requirements, bespoke DPAs, and tailored legal addendums. Contact your account manager or our support team to negotiate custom agreements.
How to access GDPR compliance documents in LingoHub
Click your organization name in the Workspace menu.
Select Legal & compliance.
Under the Terms and conditions section, locate GDPR compliance.
Click Review to inspect the active version of your GDPR agreement.
