There are two options for the pre-translation.
Perform pre-translation - will start a pre-translation immediately, still be executed in the background
Set automatic pre-translation rules - allows to schedule a pre-translation at a certain time
To set up the immediate pre-translation:
Click "Projects" in the top navigation panel and select the desired project.
Then, click the "Resources" tab, and on the right, click the "Pre-translation" button.
From the drop-down list, choose “Perform Pre-translation.”
In the window that appears, fill all the needed information and click “Perform Pre-translation.”
Languages you want to pre-translate.
Status of segments you want to pre-translate.
Labels you want to pre-translate.
Resource files for pre-translating.
Text segments for pre-translating.
Fill from - you have three options - machine translation, translation memory (to use this option, you need to create a translation memory first), or existing language.
The status that will get the segments after pre-translation.
To schedule the automatic pre-translation rules:
From the drop-down list, choose “Set automatic Pre-translation rules.”
Click “Set automatic pre-translation rules.”
In the window that appears, enter all the needed information and click “Create new automatic pre-translation rule.”
Frequency of the pre-translation. You can choose daily or weekly, and the exact day and time.
Languages you want to pre-translate.
Status of segments you want to pre-translate.
Labels you want to pre-translate.
Resource files for pre-translating.
Text segments for pre-translating.
