Automatic prefill rules - allows to schedule a prefill at a certain time
To set up the immediate prefill:
Choose the Lingohub project you want to set up the prefill.
Click the “Resources” tab.
Click on the “Prefill” at the right.
From the drop-down list, choose “Perform Prefill.”
In the window that appears, fill all the needed information.
Click “Perform Prefill.”
Languages you want to prefill.
Status of segments you want to prefill.
Labels you want to prefill.
Resource files for prefilling.
Text segments for prefilling.
Fill from - you have three options - machine translation, translation memory (to use this option, you need to create a translation memory first), or existing language.
The status that will get the segments after prefill.
To schedule the automatic prefill rules:
Choose the Lingohub project you want to set up the prefill.
Click the “Resources” tab.
Click on the “Prefill” at the right.
From the drop-down list, choose “Set automatic Prefill rules.”
Click “create new automatic prefill rules.”
In the window that appears, enter all the needed information.
Click “Schedule Prefill.”
Frequency of the prefill. You can choose daily or weekly, and the exact day and time.
Languages you want to prefill.
Status of segments you want to prefill.
Labels you want to prefill.
Text segments for prefilling.
