How to manage context images and segment links

Once context images are uploaded to a project, you can map specific text segments to exact visual areas on a screenshot, search and filter uploaded images, or delete outdated assets.

Searching and filtering context images

  1. Click Projects in the top navigation menu and select your project.

  2. Go to the Context Images tab.

  3. Use the available tools to locate specific images:

    • Search bar: Search by image name or description.

    • Languages filter: Filter images by assigned language.

    • Filter dropdown: Filter by Source, Created at, Updated at, or Segments.

Connecting text segments to an image region

Mapping a segment highlights its exact UI position on the screenshot:

  1. In the Context Images tab, click on an image row to edit your image. Here, you can change its name and add an optional description.

  2. Under Connected segments, click Connect segment.

  3. Click and drag your mouse across the image preview to draw a bounding highlight box over the relevant UI element.

  4. In the side panel list, find the matching segment and click Select.

  5. Click Connect segment to finalize the link.

Downloading or deleting context images

  • From the list view: Click the three dots menu at the far right of an image row to Copy ID or Delete.

  • From the image Edit view: Open an image and use the bottom toolbar options:

    • Click Download image to save the file locally.

    • Click Delete image and confirm in the pop-up window to permanently delete the asset.
