Audit log

Audit logs list several types of events for a given time period. It helps administrators with quickly review all actions performed by organization members. Information about which action was performed by whom at what time is included.

To open the audit log, follow the next steps:

  1. Click "Settings" on the left-side panel.

  2. Click "Logs & security" and choose "Audit logs."

On the "Audit logs" page, you can see the following information:

  1. Category. The event category. Currently, these event categories exist: 'Workspaces', 'Text management', 'Marketplace', 'Api', 'Members', 'Labels', 'Projects'. Descriptions, as well as associated events, can be found in the list of audit log events.

  2. Event. The type of event. A complete list of events with descriptions can be found in the list of audit log events.

  3. Actor. The user who started the event.

  4. Project. The project the event is belongs to.

  5. Created at. The date and time of the event.

For a detailed view with in-depth information about an event, click on the needed Audit log.

How to filter the audit log?

Use filter to find and sort the information. At the audit logs overview page click on the filter icon. You can filter data by:

  • Actor

  • Project

  • Category

  • Target

  • Event

  • Entries since

Export your audit logs

You can easily export your audit logs by clicking "Export" in the audit logs overview page.
