Text edits logs track all changes made across your workspace projects in real time. They show precisely who modified a text segment, what changes were made, and when those changes occurred.
š¬ Please note: You can always view your own text edits logs. Viewing text edits logs for other team members requires appropriate permissions (accessible by default to Owners, Admins, and Localization Managers).
How to access Text edits logs
To view text edits logs in your workspace:
Click Activity in the top navigation bar.
Select Text edits from the left navigation panel.

Filtering options
At the top of the page, you can filter text edits data to locate specific entries quickly:

Date range: Filter by pre-set timeframes (e.g., Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month) or select a custom date range.
All actors: Filter by specific human editors or LINA AI engines.
All languages: Filter by specific language pairs.
All projects: Limit results to a single project or view workspace-wide edits.
Advanced filters: Click the Filter button in the top right to filter by specific technical identifiers:
Resource import ID
Import entry ID
Text processing ID
Label
Overview Summary and Text edits
The Text edits dashboard displays two key data views:
1. Summary
The Summary displays the total number of text edits per editor. Clicking the accordion arrow next to an editor's name expands a detailed breakdown showing the exact number of text edits made per language pair.

2. Text edits list
The main table displays a chronological log of all changes across your workspace, including the Project, Actor, Language pair, modified Text, and Date/Timestamp.

Clicking anywhere on a specific log entry opens its dedicated Details page. This view displays detailed transaction metadata, including Date, Project, Member, Source, Target, and the associated Work log ID link.

Exporting Text edits logs
To export your change history for external analysis or compliance auditing:
Click Export CSV in the top header.

In the Text edits download modal, optionally check the box to receive an email when the export is ready.
Click Download.

š¬ Please note: Text edits logs record every granular event and status change in real time, whereas Work reports consolidate edits into a single daily summary per segment and actor for tracking daily volume, Effort Scores, and billing.
