The Activity section in LingoHub provides workspace administrators and team members with complete visibility into project progress, editor performance, workspace security events, and system API calls.
To access activity insights, click Activity in the top navigation bar. Access to specific tabs depends on your workspace role and permissions:
Work reports & Text edits: Accessible by default to Owners, Admins, and Localization Managers.
Audit logs & API logs: Restrictive system logs accessible exclusively to Owners and Admins. Get more information in our overview of roles and permissions.
From the left navigation panel, you can switch between four distinct tabs:
1. Work reports
Work reports track translation and proofreading progress across your workspace. It breaks down translated words by actors (human linguists or LINAs), target languages, projects, and effort tiers (proofreading, low, middle, and high effort).
Learn more in our article on work reports.
2. Text edits
Text edits track all translation changes made across every project. It shows exactly who modified a segment, which languages were involved, and the precise timestamp of each update.
Learn more in our article on text edits.
3. Audit logs
Audit logs serve as a security and administration record for your LingoHub workspace. Audit logs give workspace Owners and Administrators visibility into who performed specific actions, when they occurred, and which resources were affected.
Learn more in our article on audit logs.
4. API logs
API logs record events to track and monitor API operations within your workspace. Every time an API operation is performed, the event is logged to give you full visibility into your API activities and assist with debugging.
