Use this guide to view past file imports or exports, check processing events, and jump directly to updated segments in the Editor.
Open the Imports & Exports tab
Navigate to Projects in the top navigation bar and select your project from the left sidebar.
Click the Imports & Exports tab in the main project header.
Switch between the Imports tab or Exports tab as needed.
Filter import and export history
Quick filtering: Turn on the With changes only or With errors only toggles to display relevant entries.
Advanced filtering: Click the Filter icon (Funnel) to filter logs by Type, Status, Actor, or Created at date ranges.
Inspect file logs and edit segments
Locate your desired entry and click the Logs icon (middle icon) or click View logs from the info side drawer.
In the Changes tab, select Changes to see every segment updated during that operation.
Click the Editor icon next to any segment row to navigate straight into the Editor and review the text segment.
Select Events to filter system steps by log level (Info, Warn, Error), languages or processing categories if troubleshooting a failed operation.
Download imported or exported files
Batch archive: Click the Download icon (first icon) on the main row to download a
.ziparchive of all processed files.
Single file: Click the Detail drawer icon (third icon) locate the specific file under the Files section, and click its individual Download icon.
The Imports and Exports tabs follow an identical interface structure and user workflow. For this reason, screenshot references throughout this guide interchange import and export examples to demonstrate shared UI elements like action icons, detail drawers, and event filters.
