The Translation memory allows you to search across all stored translations in your workspace, jump directly into the Editor to update segments, export entries, and configure project/status filters.

Searching, filtering, and internal navigation
Click AI in the top navigation bar and select Translation memory in the left sidebar.
Use the search bar to locate specific terms or source texts.
Click Filter in the top-right corner to narrow down entries by Locale or creation date (Created at).
Open in Editor: Click the Editor icon on the far right of any row to jump directly to that segment inside the Editor.
Exporting the Translation memory
To download your stored translations:
Navigate to AI, then Translation memory.
Click the three dots menu icon in the top-right corner and select Export.
In the pop-up window, select your desired Files options (Download as CSV or Download as TMX).
(Optional) Check Send me an email with the link when the file is ready to download.
Click Download to save your file.
Configuring Translation memory settings
You can control which projects feed your Translation memory and which segment statuses trigger new entries:
Navigate to AI, then Translation memory.
Click the gear icon (Settings) in the top-right corner.
Under Projects filter, choose whether the Translation memory draws entries from the entire Workspace or specific Projects.
Under Status filter, select which segment statuses (e.g., Approved, Translated, AI Translated, Draft, New) should be stored in the Translation memory.
