When you create a project, you can add source language and target languages. Source language is the base language of your content that will be translated. Target - the languages into which your content will be translated.

Click on the "Projects" at the left side panel.
Click on project you want to add language to.
At the project overview page, click on the button "Add language."
Select the language(s) from the list.
Click "Add."

At the project overview page, click on the three dots, against the language you want to select as a source.
From the drop-down list click on "Set as source language."
At the new opened window click on "Save" to submit the action.
