You can manage the two-factor verification from your security page.

How to reconfigure two-factor authentication?

To reconfigure two-factor authentication, follow the next steps:

  1. Click on the user icon at the top-right corner and then on "Security."

  2. If you have already set up the two-factor verification on the security page, you will see the "Authenticator app." Click "Configure."

  3. Click "Reconfigure."

  4. Scan the QR code or use the text code in the application.

  5. Enter the code from the application, and click "Next."

  6. Save the recovery codes from the Lingohub application, and click "Done."

Note: Do not ignore saving the recovery codes from the two-factor authentication app. They are essential as they allow access to your account in case you:

  • lost or damaged your authentication device (e.g., smartphone);

  • don't have access to your primary authentication device;

  • forgot your authentication device password.

For security, store recovery codes separately from your authentication device to prevent loss in case of theft or damage.
