What could be the cause if I do not see the organization's projects I was invited to?
What could be the cause if I do not see the organization's projects I was invited to?

There can be a few reasons if you have been invited to the organization but do not see the needed project(s):

  1. The person who invited you did not give you the required access to those projects. Please ask your contact person of the organization to check the rights associated with the invitation.

  2. You have signed up to Lingohub by email, which differs from the one used by the inviter. So you have received an invitation email, but this invitation does not belong to your actual Lingohub user. Please check and align the used emails with the organization's contact person.

  3. Maybe you selected the wrong organization. For example, you have signed up for Lingohub and created your organization, let's call it "Acme," because you were informed that you need to collaborate with the so-called organization. Now, you have received an invitation to collaborate with the existing organization called "ACME," but you cannot see any projects for it after accepting the invitation. This could be because you still have "Acme" selected in the Lingohub front end. You can use the organization switcher at the top-right of your Lingohub view to change your organization.

If all the reasons described above don't work, please contact our support, and we will do our best to help you.
