Note: After you cancel the subscription and it stops, the company account will be locked, and then the company and all related data will be deleted automatically.
To cancel a Lingohub subscription, follow the next steps:
Click "Settings" on the left-side panel.
Choose "Subscriptions & Billing" and click "Customer portal."
On the customer portal page, click "Cancel plan" and submit this action.
Note: you can reverse this action before the subscription expires and the company is deleted.
