How to manage your Lingohub account?

In this article, you will learn about your account settings in our translation management system and how to manage them. Read this article to learn how to:

How to access the account setting page?

You can manage the Lingohub account from the Account settings page.

  1. Click on the user icon at the left-down corner and choose "Account."

Public avatar

The public avatar is the image that is displayed as the main profile image. To edit the public avatar, at the account settings page, follow the next steps:

  1. Click on the "Change picture" button.

  2. Drag and drop or select the image you want to set up as a profile avatar. Click "Save."

Manage personal details

On the account settings page, you can manage next information:

  1. First and last name

  2. Display name

If you need to update the personal details - enter the information, and click "Save."

How to delete the account?

You can delete the account on the account settings page.

Note: Deleting your user account deletes all your organizations and projects if you are the only organization owner. Destroyed data cannot be restored.

Note: Additionally, you can delete organizations where you are not the only owner. Select additional organizations to delete below.

Follow the next steps to delete the account:

  1. Click "Delete account" on the account settings page.

  2. Enter the user password.

  3. Click on the checkmark to confirm you want to delete all your data and user account permanently. Click "Delete account."
