Manage your personal profile, update contact information, oversee workspace memberships, or delete your account directly in your account settings.
Access account settings
Click your user avatar or initial in the top-right corner of the top navigation bar, then select My account from the dropdown menu.
Update profile picture and personal details
The Account page contains several sections to customize your public presence and contact information:
Profile image: Click Change picture to upload a new profile image. Select or drag an image file into the uploader, then save the changes.
Personal details: Edit your First name and Last name, then click Save below the fields.
Change email: Update the email address associated with your user profile. This address serves as your primary login credential and recipient for all system notifications. Click Save to confirm the update.
Manage workspace memberships
The Workspaces section lists all LingoHub workspaces connected to your account along with your assigned role.
To exit a workspace:
Locate the workspace in the list.
Click Leave.
Confirm your choice in the modal dialog by clicking Leave.
💬 Please note: You cannot leave a workspace if you are its sole owner. In this case, the Leave button is grayed out. To remove yourself from a workspace you own, you must either transfer ownership or delete the workspace.
Delete your account
⚠️Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Deleting your user account automatically removes all workspaces and projects you own. Destroyed data cannot be restored.
