Workflow impact on LINA
The default target status you choose directly impacts LINA's behavior:
Assigning LINA (as Translator or Agent): If new or updated segments are set to a status in the Needs editing stage (such as Draft or New), LINA will automatically pick them up for AI translation.
Preventing automatic AI processing: If new segments are set to Blocked (Not ready) or Approved (Done stage), LINA will not process them.
⚠️ Important: Always verify your workflow settings and statuses under Project settings, Workflows before assigning LINA as a Translator or Agent. This prevents unintended AI processing or missing translations.
