Projects Overview & navigation

The Projects Overview allows you to monitor localization progress across your workspace, filter by status or language, and launch project assets.

Ready to manage languages for your projects? Read our guide on how to manage target languages.

Accessing the Overview

Click Projects in the top navigation bar. You will be directed to the Overview tab per default.

Toggle between two view modes:

  • By project: Displays workspace projects in a list with overall progress, source language, and target languages.

  • By language: Groups localization progress by individual target/source languages.

Navigation

  • Open a project (Languages view) by clicking on the project title in the table or in the left sidebar.

  • Open language in Editor: In the By project view, hover over any language flag and click to open the Editor directly for that language.

  • Expand project details: Click the arrow next to a project name to expand its languages and progress.

  • Filter view: Filter list data using status tabs, All, Ready, or In progress, or filter by project or language.

In the By language view, expand any language row to see connected projects and hover over a project tile to open it.
