Understanding the project Languages view

The Languages view inside a project provides an overview of translation metrics, workflow stages, QA alerts, and language options.

Key elements of the Languages view

To open this view, select a project from the left sidebar. You will be directed to the Languages view per default.

  • Metrics toggle: Switch between Segments and Words at the top left to adjust progress calculations.

  • Statuses & stages: Real-time counts are displayed across Not ready, Needs editing, Needs review, and Done. Read more about statuses and stages.

  • QA flags: A red warning badge indicates Quality Assurance issues. Hover over the badge to see flagged errors. Read more about quality checks.

  • LINA management: Click the LINA icon next to any language row to open the LINA pop-up window and update her assignment. Or click on the LINA icon in the top right corner. From here, you can inspect active engines and QA settings, or choose to Switch LINA or Remove LINA.

  • One-time pre-translation: Click the Pre-translate button in the top right corner to initiate a one-time automated pre-translation batch across project languages.
