How to set up one-time pre-translation?

Manual one-time pre-translation allows you to execute immediate bulk translation jobs across specific segments, files, or target languages. Unlike continuous background automation with LINA, this feature operates on demand and is typically used to re-translate existing translations in bulk, regardless of their current status.

How to run a pre-translation

  1. Click Projects in the top navigation bar, select your project, and ensure you are on the Languages tab.

  2. Click Pre-translate in the top right corner.

  3. Configure your parameters in the pop-up window:

    • Select languages: Choose specific target languages or keep all selected.

    • Scope: Select Empty segments to translate missing text, or All segments to overwrite existing translations.

    • Filters (Optional): Click + Add filter to restrict by Label, Container, Files, or Segment Language status.

  4. Click Continue.

  5. Review the segment summary and click Start pre-translation.
