You can restore your text segments through the web interface. To find the deactivated segments, use the Editor filters.
Open the Editor and click on the search field.
Choose "Advanced search."
Choose "Search deactivated only" and click "Search."
Choose the segment you want to restore, and click on the gear icon at the “General” tab on the Editor side panel.
At the “Update segment settings” window, click on the “Restore” button.
