  3. Fill in the Name, select a Color (or enter a custom HEX code), and optionally add an AI context.

Method 2: Directly from the Editor

  1. Select any segment in the Editor.

  2. In the right-hand context panel, locate the Text section and click the + button next to Labels.

  3. In the dropdown menu, click Manage labels. You will be redirected to the global label management page.

  2. In the right Segment info side panel under Text, click the + button next to Labels.

  3. Select an existing label from the dropdown menu.

Applying or changing labels in bulk

  1. In the Editor, select multiple segments by checking the boxes on the left side of the segment list.

  2. Click the Actions dropdown menu above the segment list and select Change labels.

  3. In the modal, select an Action (Add, Remove, or Set).

  4. Choose the labels to apply, check the confirmation checkbox, and click Run.

How to edit, merge, or delete labels

Editing a label

Go to AI, then Labels. You can edit label properties directly in the list:

  • Name: Click on the label name box to edit the text.

  • Color: Click the color box to select a preset color or type a custom HEX code.

  • AI context: Click the Add Context input box to write specific AI instructions attached to the label.

Deleting a label

  • Single label: Click the Trash icon on the far right of any label row. Confirm your choice by clicking Delete in the confirmation modal.

  • Bulk delete/merge: Select multiple labels using the checkboxes on the left, then click Merge X labels or Delete X labels at the top of the table.

How to filter segments by label

Go to AI, then Labels, and locate the Segments column. Click the hyperlinked number (e.g., 1) next to any label. You will be automatically redirected to the Editor with a filter applied showing only segments tagged with that specific label.
