To find the needed text segments faster, you can use the editor filtering and sorting options provided by the Lingohub application. Apply the advanced filters or search by target (content, key, ID, description) and sort results to find the needed information.

Sorting options.

You can sort the text segments by one of the following parameters (ascending/descending):

  • Public ID

  • Status

  • Updated at

  • Created at

Note: The sorting options in the Text Manager are available for the visible columns. For instance, if you hide the "branch" column, you won't be able to sort by branching name in the Table view. To apply the sorting, make sure the needed column is visible.

Filtering options.

The filters themselves are available inside the Editor search field. You can click "Advanced search" to apply the additional filtering options. You can add as many filters as you need to clarify the request.

Project name or Branch name - these options have the same values for filtering. Enter the text to apply the filter.
