The Subscriptions tab in LingoHub provides workspace owners with an overview of their active plan features, resource limits, monthly character usage, and options to purchase extra capacity or modify subscription tiers.
đŹ Please note: Accessing subscription settings is restricted to the Workspace Owner by default. If you hold a different role (such as Admin, Localization Manager, or Member), this tab will not be visible to you. For details, see our guide on roles and permissions.
How to access the Subscriptions settings
Click your Workspace name in the top-left corner of the navigation bar and select Subscriptions & Billing.

You will be automatically directed to the Subscriptions tab.

What you can manage in Subscriptions
The Subscriptions page is divided into two primary sections:
1. Current plan details
The Current plan card displays all included features and limits of your active subscription (e.g., Pro):

Included features: View details such as linguistic credit characters, hosted character allowances, CDN request limits, branch counts, custom roles, and log retention periods.
Update plan: Click Update plan to upgrade, downgrade, or switch your billing cycle.
Cancel subscription: Click Cancel subscription if you wish to terminate your workspace subscription.
2. Usage tracking & resource add-ons
Under the Usage section, you can monitor consumption for key resources and set budget limits.

Linguistic credits characters: Track AI translation/editing character consumption. Click Buy extra characters or Manage budget to set spending limits or buy extra credit allocations.
Hosted characters: Monitor the total volume of characters currently stored in your workspace. Click Buy extra characters to expand your hosted storage capacity.
CDN requests: Track monthly content delivery network requests for live localization. Click Set budget to manage request thresholds.
Context images: View the number of uploaded reference images relative to your tier limit.
