Sometimes you need a quick answer, a guide, or direct assistance. We have you covered. To access all support options, simply click the Help icon (question mark) in the top-right corner of your LingoHub navigation bar.
From there, you can choose between several options to get help:

š” Tip: Provide as much detail as possible upfront (such as the affected project name, specific steps, or error messages) to help us investigate and solve your issue immediately.
ā” Shortcut tip: You can also access the support widget at any time by pressing Cmd + K (Mac) or Ctrl + K (Windows) to open the Global Search and selecting Contact support from the commands list.
š¬ Please note: While our support widget uses a chat-style message window, we do not offer 24/7 live chat at this time. Some waiting times might occur, but our team will get back to you as quickly as possible!
Schedule a call
Sometimes, speaking directly is the fastest way to resolve tricky issues. You can book a personal 15-minute support call with our team.
Upon clicking Schedule a call, a calendar widget will pop up. Simply select your preferred date, time, and timezone, enter your contact details, and add a brief description of what you would like to discuss to confirm the booking.
