What can I do with contracts?
What can I do with contracts?
Updated over a week ago

Create the contracts to manage the localization budget and have a fully transparent overview of translators' work. Your team will also avoid manual work management because all edits are collected by system.

You can create contracts for the existing team members with one click. Inside the contract information, you will see the translators' rate, their project access, and set up the standard rate. Also, there is an ability to provide defined rates for specific language pairs.

All the contracts have four types of rates - base, low effort, middle effort, and high effort.

How does it work?

The translators use machine translation in the working process. Some segments of MT can translate perfectly, and there is no need to make some changes - others need minor edits, and some should be translated with high effort. Lingohub counts how much effort the translator made and calculates the final price by this info. Additionally, you can set up separate rates for different language pairs based on the complexity.

Congratulation! You finished the article about contracts. Manage active and inactive contracts to have the entire transparency within the projects. If there's anything we can help you with, please get in touch with our support.
