LingoHub makes it easy to collaborate with your entire team. Whether you are bringing in a new vendor or adjusting the permissions of a long-time teammate, you can manage all user access from a single, centralized dashboard.
To provide maximum flexibility, you can invite users to your Workspace in two ways: via direct email or a shareable link.
1. Invite via email
This is the most common way to add specific team members to your Workspace.
Click your Workspace icon in the top-left corner and select Members & roles.
Click the Invite members button in the top-right corner.
In the Invite via email tab, select a Workspace role from the dropdown menu (e.g., Admin, Localization Manager, or Member).
Enter the email addresses of the colleagues you want to invite.
(Optional) Define Project permissions immediately by clicking Add project permissions. You can select specific Projects, assign a Project role, and even restrict access to certain Languages.
Translate: Allows the user to edit and save translations.
Manage: Gives the possibility to approve translations.
Click Send invites.
Email invitation statuses
You can track the progress of your invites in the Invitations tab. The following statuses apply to email invitations:
PENDING: The invitation has been sent, but not yet answered.
ACCEPTED: The user has joined your Workspace.
DECLINED: The user has rejected the invitation.
EXPIRED: The invitation link in the email is no longer valid.
2. Invite via link
If you want to invite multiple people at once without entering individual email addresses, you can generate an invitation link.
Navigate to Members & roles and click Invite members, and select Invite via link this time.
Choose the Role that will be assigned to anyone who joins via this link.
Set the Allowed uses (how many times the link can be used).
Select an Expiration date for the link from the calendar picker.
Click Create link. You can now copy and share this link with your team.
Link invitation statuses
To maintain security, you can monitor the state of your active links in the Invitations tab:
ACTIVE: The link is valid and can be used to join.
EXHAUSTED: The link has reached its maximum number of allowed uses.
EXPIRED: The set expiration date has passed.
DEACTIVATED: The link has been manually disabled by an Admin or Owner.
