The Reviews view (formerly Table editor) provides a comprehensive tabular overview of your project segments across all active languages. It allows you to perform bulk actions, customize column displays, and manage translations across your administrative workspace in a single table.
Workspace layout & toolbar
The top toolbar in the Reviews view equips you with familiar search and scoping tools:
Project & branch scope filter: Filter segments by language groups, specific projects, or branches. For detailed instructions, see Search options in the Editor.
Search target selector: Switch between General search, Key search, ID search, or Description search. For detailed instructions, see Search options in the Editor.
Match modes: Set matching rules (Contains, Exact match, Starts with, Ends with, and Case sensitive). For detailed instructions, see Search options in the Editor.
Global filter panel: Open quick and advanced filter settings. For detailed instructions, see How to filter segments in the Editor.
Global sort panel: Sort segments by attributes like public ID or creation date. For detailed instructions, see How to sort segments in the Editor.
Context panel: Expand or collapse the right-hand segment info sidebar by clicking the sidebar icon in the top-right corner. To learn more about using sidebar widgets, see our guide on What is the Editor Context panel?
Customizing table columns & layout
You can tailor the Reviews table display to fit your workflow by adjusting column widths or reordering and hiding/showing specific columns.
Adjusting column width
Hover over the border between two column header cells in the table until the resize cursor appears, then click and drag horizontally to adjust the width.
Managing column visibility and order
Click the Table column settings icon (table icon next to + New segment) in the top-right corner to open the Configure table columns modal:
Reorder columns: Click and hold the drag handle icon (six dots ::) on the left of any column name, then drag the item up or down to change its display order in the table.
Show or hide columns: Toggle switches ON or OFF to display or hide specific columns (e.g., Id, Key, Project, Branch, Container, language columns, Description, Labels, Discussions).
Click Save to apply your layout changes.
Inline column sorting & filtering
Each column header provides built-in action icons for quick sorting and filtering without opening the main toolbar.
Hiding columns via the column header
Click the Eye icon next to a column header (e.g., Project) to instantly hide that specific column from the table view.
Column-level quick filters
Click the Filter icon inside a specific column header to open targeted filter rules:
Text columns (e.g., Project name): Opens a filter popover with comparison conditions (is, is not, matches, does not match, contains, etc.).
Language status columns: Opens a Status filter popover showing segment and word counts per status (Draft, AI Translated, QA passed, QA flagged, New, etc.) with checkboxes to isolate specific statuses.
💬 Please note: Hiding a column via table column settings will automatically remove any active filters or sorting applied specifically to that column.
Executing bulk actions in Reviews
The Reviews view is ideal for performing batch operations across large datasets:
Select segments using individual checkboxes or click the master checkbox to select All (matching) or All (visible).
Click the Actions menu above the table.
Choose an action: Set status, Change labels, or Change translatable. To learn more, see our guide on How to use LingoHub bulk actions.
