The AI tab serves as the central hub for managing your AI translation workflows and context. It allows you to create and manage custom LINAs, enable or disable underlying translation engines, and configure context for both LINAs and human translators.
Accessing the AI tab
To access the AI tab, click AI in the top navigation bar.
Navigation & key features
The left sidebar of the AI tab is divided into two primary sections: AI and Context.
AI section
Linguistic agents: Search and view all configured LINAs (both AI LINAs and Machine translation LINAs). Each LINA card gives you an instant overview of key parameters, like assigned AI model and its credit multiplier, the LINA description and configured context (e.g. Glossary and Style guide).
Create new LINAs using the Create a LINA button, filter LINAs by underlying model using the Select a linguistic engine dropdown, or manage existing ones via the context menu.
Linguistic engines: View and toggle underlying translation engines (e.g., Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral, OpenAI). Enable or disable specific engines as needed for your organization. If an engine currently has assigned LINAs, LingoHub prevents disabling it until those LINAs are reassigned or removed.
Context section
Manage context resources used to guide LINAs and human translators for consistent quality across projects:
Glossary: Define and organize workspace terminology. Learn more in our guide on Glossaries.

Translation memory: Review and manage previously translated segments to prevent translating duplicate text. Learn more in our guide on the Translation memory.
Labels: Organize content segments and attach specific AI instructions using AI context labels. Learn more in our guide on Labels.
